HISTORY
Neo-Roma originated from the musical styles of Eriel Carino, with influences such as
The Dresden Dolls and Amanda Palmer. As the years went on Eriel played at shows, cafes,
and the like. He met Elias in 10th grade but were nothing more than friends.
During Fall of 2009, Eriel had an idea to audition
for a talent show at his school with Elias.
The duo teamed up with Raymon Fernandez and played
Let's Pretend. They didn't get in the show. As the
new year approached, Eriel decided to start a band,
he asked both Elias and Raymon to be part. And so,
Neo-Roma was born. As a month passed, it seemed
Raymon wasn't as enthusiastic to be in a band,
since then, he has parted. Leaving it to the duo to
create the music. Neo-Roma are currently writing
and practicing their music. They have played one gig at the Metaphor Cafe in Escondido, CA.
